Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item meets the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact

The item must be returned in its original condition

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)

Worn, altered, damaged, or washed items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items sent by us
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for size or defects, subject to availability.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost.
